Our first experience was fantastic. Xpress Auto found us a transport in less than a 5 days notice. When our first driver encountered mechanical issues, they found someone ASAP to get our vehicle and hold it until another driver came. It was extremely easy on our end. Our vehicle arrived earlier than we had even expected and they quickly set up delivery with us. They communicated great and continuously and were easy to set up transport with to begin with. We went with Xpress after our first broker didnt work out (due to horribly run business). We highly recommend and would use them again.

This company stood out to me after reviewing countless others. Communication was wonderful with the broker and the driver we were assigned, who picked up ON TIME and delivered the vehicle 475 miles away, which was even EARLIER than the scheduled delivery time! I saw so many other stories about late pick up / deliveries. Hard for me to believe and not in this instance. Price was very rational too. I would use Xpress again and definitely recommend them to others. Thanks to Steven and driver Jacob, all I had to do was sit back and wait upon the delivery time.
